Marcos complicit in Cebu’s substandard flood control projects

Ferdinand Marcos Jr. called for an investigation into the flood control projects in Cebu. He did not say, however, that he was the one who approved the Unprogrammed Appropriations (UA) used for these projects. 

UA-funded projects are on top of the P25.8B allotted for Cebu flood-control projects from 2022 to 2025.

ACT Teachers Representative and Deputy Minority Leader Antonio Tinio slammed Marcos Jr’s hypocrisy.
