Shareef O’Neal honors father Shaq and late NBA legend Kobe with new jersey number

Shareef O’Neal, son of Los Angeles Lakers legend Shaquille O’Neal, has decided to pay tribute to his father and late Lakers icon Kobe Bryant with his new jersey number.

Now playing for Shaq’s Alma Mater at LSU, Shareef decided to combine Bryant’s number 8 and 24 jersey to No. 32.

No. 32 also used to be Shaq’s number back in Orlando Magic, Miami Heat, and Phoenix Suns.

Shareef isn’t only close to his father, but also to Bryant whom he considers as friend before his tragic helicopter crash.
