‘Okay Lang Ako!’ Efren ‘Bata’ Reyes squashes fake news of him being dead

“The Magician” Efren “Bata” Reyes is still alive.

Reyes’ daughter, Chelo, uploaded a video on Facebook where she filmed the legendary Filipino pool player watching Milwaukee Bucks-Dallas Mavericks showdown on Saturday.

“Okay lang ako!” Reyes shouted.

On the other hand, Chelo pleaded to stop spreading fake news about his father’s demise.

“Sa mga nagshe-share at nakakabasa ng mga lumalabas na balitang patay na si tatay, huwag po kayo maniwala, fake news lang po ‘yan. Diyos na bahala sa inyong nagpapakalat ng ganiyang balita,” Chelo said.

In another video, Reyes was seen playing pool as a proof of life once again.

“Ito po ako, buhay na buhay!” Reyes said.
