Chef Curry Blasts For 42, GSW Beats OKC

Stephen Curry had another scorching game as Golden State Warriors walloped Oklahoma City Thunder, 147-109, in the 2020-2021 NBA Season on Wednesday night at the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

After dropping 53 in their win over Denver Nuggets on Monday, Curry torched the Thunder with 11 three-point conversions to finish with 42 points in just 29 minutes. He also had eight assists and six rebounds.

Jordan Poole, Andrew Wiggins and Kent Bazemore added 17, 16 and 15 markers, respectively, while Draymond Green had triple-double 16 assists, 12 points and 10 rebounds for the Warriors (27-28).

From a slim 36-32 lead in the opening quarter, the Warriors widened the lead in the second period with baskets from Curry, Wiggins, Bazemore and Green for a 75-54 halftime edge.

Golden State continued its avalanche of points against Oklahoma City in the third quarter with Curry dropping 23 points as the lead grew to 125-81.

Darius Bazley finished with 28 points, Moses Brown had double-double 18 points and 12 rebounds as Svi Mykhailiuk and Tony Bradley contributed 14 and 13, respectively, for the Thunder (20-35).
