Stephen Curry breaks Wilt Chamberlain 57-year old scoring record
Stephen Curry is now officially the greatest Warrior.
The two-time MVP made history against the Denver Nuggets when he scored his 17,784 career points, officially eclipsing Wilt Chamberlain (17,783) as the Warriors’ all-time leading scorer.
Curry only needed 19 points to break the 57-year old record made by Chamberlain, and he did that in just his first 11 minutes of action.
Stephen Curry (17,784 career points) has passed Wilt Chamberlain (17,783) as the Warriors’ all-time leading scorer, a record Chamberlain held since March 16, 1964.
