NorthPort releases Renzo Subido, 2 others to free agency

Renzo Subido is now a free agent after being released by NorthPort Batang Pier.

FastBreak learned from a source that Subido along with Chris Javier and John Apacible were relegated to free agency to accomodate the players NorthPort acquired from Barangay Ginebra.

The Batang Pier on Tuesday acquired Arvin Tolentino, Jeff Chan, Kent Salado and Prince Caperal from the Gin Kings for Jamie Malonzo and Von Pessumal.

Now a free agent, Subido is expected to draw interest from Converge FiberXers, which is being handled by his former UST Growling Tigers head coach Aldin Ayo.
