Inundated

A resident of Barangay Iba O’Este in Calumpit, Bulacan, is seen wading through ankle-deep floodwaters on her way home. Barangay Iba O’Este is one of the areas in Calumpit that frequently experiences prolonged flooding, even after typhoons and high tide events.
