After COVID-19 cases rose to more than 8,000 in a day, the government announced stricter quarantine measures called the “NCR Plus” that is enforced within a new Metro Manila-Rizal-Bulacan-Cavite-Laguna bubble.

NCR Plus becomes a trending topic on Twitter, with netizens linking it to iPhone Plus, Disney Plus and many more.

The new ‘House Rules’ are in effect from March 22 to April 4, unless there will be announcement on extended or shortened stay at Bubble ni Tatay.
