Jaworski’s family assures Ginebra legend is recovering from illness

Robert Jaworski’s family released a statement on Friday, assuring that the Ginebra legend “is making good progress” from his blood abnormality due to a bout with pneumonia last year.

The family, however, admitted that the former senator experienced difficulty “regaining his health, weight, and normal well-being’ due to a non-life threatening blood ailment discovered in 2016.

The Jaworkskis also squashed the rumors that “Big J” suffered from COVID-19, and he in fact, tested negative from the deadly virus.

The former playing coach is now making his full recovery.
